Convo is a cloud‑based memory and observability tooling platform for language model (LLM) applications, offered as a software‑as‑a‑service (SaaS) solution. We primarily serve businesses and developers (B2B) and operate globally.
Account Registration & Access
You must register for an account to access the Service and obtain an API key.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You may not share your account or API key with others.
You may not use the Service for:
Illegal or unauthorized activities
Reverse engineering, modifying, or creating derivative works
Circumventing security measures
Hosting or distributing harmful content (malware, spam, etc.)
Pricing & Payments
Pricing tiers are listed on our website and may change at any time without prior notice.
All payments are non‑refundable.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if payment is not made when due.
Intellectual Property
All software, features, and content of Convo are the exclusive property of Boundless91 Inc.
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of any data you submit, and you may export your data at any time while your account is active.
Data & Privacy
We collect and store personal data (such as your name and email) and project data (such as agent runs and threads) necessary to operate the Service.
We also process and store LLM input and output data for functionality and support purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
While our uptime target is 99.99%, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or be error‑free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, conducted in a neutral location mutually agreed by both parties.
You agree to waive any right to participate in class‑action lawsuits.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice for any violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you will cease, and you will not have access to download your data.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes take immediate effect upon posting to our website.
Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
